7. Packages and included features

PackagePriceCore inclusion

8. Prices, VAT and currency

All prices are shown in euro (EUR): LEARN €297, IMPLEMENT €597 and ACCELERATE VIP €1,497. VAT treatment: still being confirmed and will be stated here before publication.

  • The total price payable, including any applicable VAT, is displayed before you confirm your order.
  • VAT may vary depending on your country of residence and status as a consumer or business.
  • Your payment provider or bank may apply currency-conversion or transaction fees which are outside our control.
  • An invoice or receipt is issued for every completed purchase.

This section must not be published until the VAT treatment is confirmed.

9. Payment

Payments are taken by the payment provider [PAYMENT PROVIDER] using a one-time payment for the selected package. Card payments are not currently activated; until they are, enrolment requests are recorded and confirmed manually by email.

10. Order confirmation

A contract is formed when we confirm your order. You receive a durable confirmation by email containing the trader identity, the product, the price and VAT, the access description, the version of these terms, the refund and withdrawal information, and your recorded consent choices.

11. Digital access

Access is granted to the registered account used for the purchase and is personal to you. Access requires a compatible device, a current browser and an internet connection.

12. Lifetime access

“Lifetime access” means ongoing access to the digital course content included in your purchase for as long as AI Hair Masterclass continues to operate and your account remains in good standing.

  • It does not mean the purchaser's biological lifetime.
  • It does not include every future product, course or event.
  • It does not guarantee that every third-party tool referenced in the lessons remains available.
  • It does not include lifetime live mentoring.
  • It does not include lifetime community moderation.

If the service is materially changed or discontinued, your statutory consumer rights, including any rights to a price reduction or refund for digital content, continue to apply.

13. Live implementation sessions

Live implementation sessions are included in IMPLEMENT and for eligible ACCELERATE VIP participants.

  • Live implementation sessions take place according to the announced cohort schedule.
  • Session dates, times and the applicable timezone are communicated before or during enrolment, as appropriate.
  • An individual participant cannot reschedule a group session.
  • Missing a group session does not automatically create a right to a private replacement session.
  • Missing a session does not automatically create a refund right, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
  • A replay may be supplied where recording is permitted and technically successful. We do not guarantee that every live session is recorded.
  • Participants are responsible for checking the announced timezone.
  • Participants are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and compatible equipment.
  • If AI Hair Masterclass cancels or materially changes a session, it may reschedule it, provide an appropriate alternative, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
  • Live implementation support is limited to the announced cohort period and is never described as lifetime access.

Participants are expected to follow the Acceptable Use Policy during every session.

14. VIP sessions

  • The confirmed ACCELERATE VIP package includes one private strategy session of 60–90 minutes.
  • The participant may request one reschedule per included private session.
  • At least 48 hours' notice is required for a reschedule request.
  • The replacement time is subject to availability.
  • A request made within 48 hours of the session does not automatically create a right to reschedule or to a refund.
  • A participant who arrives late receives the remaining scheduled time, unless otherwise agreed.
  • A no-show does not automatically create a right to a replacement session or to a refund.
  • Genuine emergencies may be considered at the reasonable discretion of AI Hair Masterclass. This discretion is not a guaranteed exception.
  • Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these commercial rules.
  • If AI Hair Masterclass cancels the session, the participant receives a replacement date, an appropriate alternative, or another remedy required by applicable law.

The session provides professional education and strategic guidance. No specific commercial outcome is guaranteed. Information you share is treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations, and recording is permitted only where both parties expressly agree in advance.

15. Corporate education

Corporate education, brand partnerships and team licences are supplied under a separate written agreement. Seat numbers, licence duration, participant lists and invoicing are agreed in that document, which prevails over these terms for the corporate services it covers.

16. Certificates

A certificate of completion confirms that you completed the applicable course requirements. It is not a government qualification, not a professional licence and not an academic accreditation, unless formal accreditation is later obtained and expressly disclosed.

17. Intellectual property

All course materials are protected. Your rights and restrictions are described in the Intellectual Property Policy, which forms part of these terms.

18. User content

You keep ownership of the original work you create and submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, display and review your submission for the purpose of delivering the course. Marketing use of your work requires separate, express permission.

19. Third-party services and AI tools

  • External AI services, social platforms and software referenced in the course have their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Their availability, features and pricing may change and are outside our control.
  • AI output can be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable, and must always be reviewed with professional judgment.
  • AI must not replace professional judgment, client safety assessments or applicable professional standards.

The course does not require a paid third-party AI subscription unless this is clearly disclosed before purchase.

20. Acceptable use

Your use of the platform must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

21. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

22. Updates and modifications

Course content may be updated, improved or reorganised. We may withdraw individual lessons where necessary, provided the overall service you purchased remains substantially as described. Material reductions respect your statutory rights.

23. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights that these terms cannot limit, including rights relating to distance contracts and the conformity of digital content. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.

24. Warranties and digital-conformity rights

We supply the digital content and services with reasonable care and skill, and in conformity with the description provided before purchase.

Where digital content is not supplied, is inaccessible, materially defective, not as described or incompatible contrary to the disclosed requirements, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a proportionate price reduction, or to terminate and receive a refund, as provided by law.

Education does not guarantee income, follower growth, bookings, business growth, awards, employment, brand partnerships, creative recognition or specific AI outputs. This statement does not remove statutory consumer rights.

25. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and is proportionate to the price you paid for the affected product or service.

We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where exclusion is prohibited, for mandatory consumer rights, for statutory digital-content rights, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Indemnity

Where legally permitted, and only to the extent permitted for consumers, you agree to be responsible for losses we suffer as a direct result of your unlawful use of the platform, your infringement of third-party rights, or your serious breach of these terms.

27. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy, for example account sharing, redistribution of materials or unlawful conduct.

Enforcement is proportionate and follows the process in the Acceptable Use Policy. Except where the law allows immediate action, we notify you, give you an opportunity to respond, and preserve your mandatory consumer rights. Paid access is not terminated arbitrarily.

28. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure or third-party platform failures, strikes, natural events or acts of public authorities. Where such an event materially affects delivery, we contact you and, where required by law, offer a refund of the affected part.

29. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

30. Consumer jurisdiction

Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Greece. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and proceedings against you may only be brought there, as provided by EU law.

31. Complaints and disputes

We aim to resolve every issue directly. Complaints are handled by Χρήστος Μιχαηλίδης using the following procedure.

Step 1 — Submission. A complaint may be submitted to info@aihairmasterclass.com. Please include:

  • Full name
  • Account email address
  • Order number, where applicable
  • A description of the issue
  • The relevant dates
  • The resolution you are requesting
  • Supporting evidence, where appropriate

Step 2 — Acknowledgement. AI Hair Masterclass aims to acknowledge complaints within two business days. This is an operational aim rather than an inflexible legal guarantee.

Step 3 — Review. Complaints are reviewed fairly using the relevant order, account, service and communication records.

Step 4 — Response. AI Hair Masterclass aims to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If additional time is reasonably required, the customer will be informed of the reason and the expected response date.

Step 5 — Internal escalation. If the customer remains dissatisfied, they may request a final internal review.

Step 6 — External options. Where the purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer and an appropriate dispute-resolution body has jurisdiction, the purchaser may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or another competent consumer-dispute-resolution entity. Nothing in this procedure restricts mandatory consumer rights or access to competent courts.

We do not ask for personal data that is not necessary in order to handle your complaint.

Eligible consumers may have access to alternative dispute-resolution procedures, including the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, subject to that body's rules, jurisdiction and admissibility requirements.

Not every hairdresser, salon owner, educator or corporate purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer. We do not promise that a complaint will be accepted by any dispute-resolution body, that any particular procedure is available to you, or that any particular outcome will follow.

32. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version, effective date and last-updated date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes are notified in advance to registered users, and where appropriate we ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
