• The AI Hair Masterclass brand and The M³ Method™
• The course architecture, the 32-lesson curriculum, the six pillars and the foundation lessons
• Signature methods, lesson scripts, videos, audio and presentations
• Workbooks, PDFs, exercises and assignments
• Prompt frameworks, prompt libraries and templates
• Infographics, photographs and graphics
• Website design, logos and brand language
• Certificates, event materials, production briefs and downloadable resources

We claim no ownership over third-party marks, products, platforms or properly licensed material referenced in the course.

The M³ Method™ — Unregistered trademark — the ™ symbol indicates a claimed mark, not a registration.

AI Hair Masterclass, The M³ Method™, its course architecture, signature methods, frameworks, lesson materials and associated brand assets are proprietary materials of their respective verified owner.

The M³ Method™ and the original AI Hair Masterclass educational materials were created by Christos Michailidis.

HairSkillsPro and AI Hair Masterclass are distinct brands and digital properties operated by Χρήστος Μιχαηλίδης (Christos Michailidis). AI Hair Masterclass is the dedicated professional education platform, while HairSkillsPro is the connected editorial, inspiration and professional-hair ecosystem. Each brand name is used only for the property it identifies.

On purchase, you receive a limited licence to access and study the materials included in your package. The licence is:

• Personal
• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Non-sublicensable
• Non-commercial in respect of the materials themselves
• Revocable for material breach

Salon teams, corporate clients and educators require a separate written licence that defines the number of users, the duration and the permitted use. Contact us for team and educator licensing.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Copy, republish, sell or licence the materials
• Translate them for redistribution
• Adapt them into another course or training product
• Teach the curriculum commercially
• Record lessons or distribute downloads
• Share account access
• Create derivative training products
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Claim authorship of the materials
• Use the material to impersonate the brand

You are encouraged to apply what you learn in your own creative work, salon, business, content, photography, client experience and personal brand. What you may not do is reproduce or redistribute the teaching materials themselves.

• You retain ownership of the original work you create.
• We do not receive marketing rights automatically by virtue of your participation.
• Separate express permission is required before we use identifiable student work, images, testimonials or transformations for marketing.
• Any permission defines the channels, the duration and how it can be withdrawn.

We ask for explicit permission before publishing any of the following:

• Name
• Professional role
• Country
• Photograph
• Video
• Direct-message screenshot
• Public comment
• Before-and-after content
• Voice recording

Taking part in the course is never treated as automatic consent to be used in marketing. Permission can be withdrawn.

You are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed for any client or model content you upload or share, including image rights and any applicable data-protection requirements.

Send claims to info@aihairmasterclass.com including:

• Your full name and contact details
• Identification of the work you say is infringed
• The exact location of the material complained about
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
• Your signature, electronic or physical

We review claims, may remove or restrict the material while reviewing, and give the affected user an opportunity to submit a counter-notice where appropriate.

Unless formally authorised in writing, you may not describe yourself or your business as any of the following:

• Official trainer
• Certified M³ educator
• Authorized academy
• Business partner
• Brand ambassador

Holding a certificate of completion means you completed the course. It does not make you an authorised educator of the method.
