Scope: This policy applies to the website, the members area, live sessions, VIP sessions, community spaces and all uploaded content.

1. Purpose

This policy protects the learning environment, the participants and the educational materials. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Account responsibility

Your account is personal. You are responsible for everything done through it and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Permitted use

You may use the platform to study the material yourself and to apply what you learn in your own professional practice, salon, business and creative work.

4. Prohibited activities

  • Sharing login credentials or giving others access to your account
  • Downloading content beyond the download functionality provided
  • Screen-recording or otherwise capturing protected lessons
  • Redistributing PDFs, workbooks or other resources
  • Copying prompt libraries or reproducing lesson scripts
  • Reselling any part of the materials or resources
  • Teaching the proprietary curriculum without written permission
  • Scraping, bulk extraction or automated collection of content
  • Using bots or automation to access content
  • Circumventing security, access controls or licensing
  • Reverse engineering the platform
  • Uploading malware or harmful code
  • Harassing, abusing or discriminating against participants
  • Impersonating Christos Michailidis, the brand or a member of the team
  • Creating or altering certificates, or misrepresenting affiliation
  • Fraud, including payment fraud and chargeback abuse
  • Uploading client or model material without the appropriate rights and permissions
  • Using the materials to train competing commercial systems, where prohibited and legally supportable

5. User uploads

You must have the right to upload everything you submit. Do not upload confidential information belonging to someone else, and do not upload material that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

7. Responsible AI use

  • Review AI output before relying on it professionally.
  • Protect confidential client information.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal data to AI tools without authority and a lawful basis.
  • Respect third-party intellectual property and platform rules.
  • Obtain model and client permission before generating or publishing their likeness.
  • Follow applicable professional and safety standards.
  • Avoid harmful, discriminatory, deceptive or unlawful use.

8. Community conduct

Group sessions and community spaces are professional environments. Be respectful, keep other participants' shared information confidential and do not record sessions without express permission.

9. Enforcement

Enforcement is proportionate to the seriousness of the breach and may include:

  • A warning
  • Removal of specific content
  • Restriction of a feature
  • Temporary suspension
  • Termination of access for serious or repeated breach
  • Legal action where appropriate

Except where immediate action is necessary, we explain the issue, give you an opportunity to respond and preserve your mandatory consumer rights. Paid access is not terminated arbitrarily or without review.

10. Appeal and contact

If you believe an enforcement decision is wrong, write to support@aihairmasterclass.com with your account details and an explanation. We review appeals and respond in writing.
