“TECHNOLOGY SHOULD SUPPORT WHO WE ALREADY ARE.”

— DANILO BOZIC

Technology has always been part of how artists communicate their creativity.

At the BTC Show Connection Center, Christos Michailidis asked his friend Danilo Bozic how technology can support creativity without taking away the artist’s identity.

Danilo’s perspective is simple: even one phone can help a hairdresser share their craft and passion with the world.

The technology itself does not need to change the artist.

Some artists perform naturally for the camera. Others communicate in a quieter, more instinctive way. Both can be powerful when what we see feels authentic.

The important distinction is between using technology to amplify an identity and allowing technology to manufacture one.

For the future hairdresser, digital tools and AI can create extraordinary opportunities for visibility, communication and creativity.

But the artist must remain at the centre.

Use the technology. Keep the identity.
